Autopay Terms
What you agree to when you turn on autopay for a benefit.
You turn autopay on from your dashboard, one benefit at a time. These are the terms you agree to when you do. They are shown here for RX; the terms for Vision Premium are the same, with Vision Premium in place of RX.
- What you authorize
- PFTHW may charge the payment method you provide for your future RX payments.
- Amount
- The plan price at the time of each charge. If the price changes, we email you the new amount at least 30 days before we charge it.
- When
- About one month before each payment is due. We email you the exact date and amount about 30 days before the charge, and again 7 days before.
- This benefit only
- Autopay applies to RX. Your other benefits stay on manual payment unless you turn autopay on for them too.
- You can still pay by hand
- Once the payment window opens you may pay yourself, except on the day before and the day of a scheduled charge. If you do, we skip that autopay charge and autopay stays on for the next payment.
- Turning it off
- You can turn autopay off any time from your dashboard. A change made on the day before or the day of a scheduled charge takes effect after that charge.
- If a charge fails
- We email you right away. You are still responsible for paying by the deadline, and coverage is suspended if payment is not received by then.
- Bank accounts
- You also accept the debit authorization shown on the Stripe payment page.
