Special Rehabilitation Home Visit Coverage

This is a special benefit for those members undergoing rehabilitation aimed at getting the member back to work, if, as a part of the rehabilitation, it is necessary to return home from an approved institution for a night or two a week. If the HMO, PPO, or I ndependence Blue Cross and/or Major Medical refuse to pay for holding the room, as required by the institution, under this benefit the Health and Welfare Fund will pay for the room.

LIMIT: $300 a week. (Benefit for member only)
