You are a Retiree if you have retired from the PFT bargaining unit and are at least 55 years of age and have a combination of age and years of service that equals
65 or more. (Exception: Those who retired under the State early retirement plan must be between 50 and 55 years old at the time of retirement.
Years of service and age must total 65 or more.)
